Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Emerica gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that all skateboard hardware and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
